Our vintage products


We make every effort to display our vintage and vintage inspired products as accurately as possible, including the sizes and colours. Images and colours may vary as shown according to the monitor they have been displayed on.

We pick products that are in good vintage condition however please be aware that vintage products have been worn or used at some point, therefore there cannot be the expectation of perfect condition. We pride ourselves on quality and would not sell products which we would not wear or use ourselves, our standards are high and we aim to please.
Items are which are vintage inspired are new products from carefully selected suppliers, these items are in new condition.

Purchase


To make a purchase simply add your selected products to the cart.
Card payments are processed via paypal, you do not need your own paypal account in order to make a payment by creditcard.
We accept personal cheques from UK accounts only. We will deliver your item once the cheque has cleared, therefore delivery times may be longer.

Delivery Information (UK)

All orders require a signature upon delivery 
Your items will be dispatched using a 1st class recorded delivery service.
Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive

Delivery Information (International)

There is a flat rate delivery charge of £3.50 for international delivery
International orders are shipped using royal mail international signed for service.  
Please allow up to 3 – 10 working days for your order to arrive

Returns

Gracie Lane is happy to offer a refund or exchange on items for a period of 7 days form the date of delivery providing the items are returned in their original condition and packaged appropriately so as not to cause damage. 

Gracie Lane will not refund any postage costs.  

Please email Gracie Lane for a returns number prior to returning your item.  

Please note the following process:-

Step 2: Once you have received a returns number, ensure the item is packaged securely 
Step 3: We recommend you use a signed for postal delivery service to return your item (Items which are lost in the post will not be refunded or exchanged) 
Step 4: Gracie Lane receives goods in their original condition within 7 days from the delivery date and issues a refund.
